The week in review:
Last week we had three paella parties on Saturday evening and one on Sunday all around Sydney. We cooked paella for a total of 200 people over the weekend with huge success. Some of the feedback we received is below.

Most notably was a 60th Birthday in Clontarf where we had a paella on the go amongst other food stations. A cheese and fruit grazing station, full bar setup and live oyster shucking (from our little sister 'Boardwalk Catering') complimented the paella station and was a huge success.
