Paella catering in Hunters Hill Sydney

Updated: Apr 12, 2021

Last weekend we were lucky enough to cater for Ladies Day at Boronia Park for the Hunters Hill Rugby Club. The weather was not fantastic last weekend so all of our jobs had our portable marquees on them so we could cook out of the wind and rain.

We served a mixed paella for 100 hungry guests and no one was left disappointed. For this pan we also include bread and a mixed leaf salad as well as lemons, biodegradable bowls, wooden forks and napkins. We also took all the rubbish when we left.

Due to the rain and cold weather, we find that people generally eat a little more but everyone was able to come back for 2nd's and we still had some leftovers. We love catering for sporting clubs in the community especially when they win against their rivals which Hunters Hill did on Saturday.

One thing that makes us a unique Sydney Caterer is that fact we prepare everything in our own kitchen. This means that when we arrive on site, we don’t need to use your kitchen to prepare anything. In fact, we only really like to come into your kitchen to store any leftovers in the fridge at the end of the night! This also means that we can cook at outside events (like sporting events) and in remote locations where water and power are scarce. We use gas powered burners to cook and bring literally everything but the kitchen sink. We can even bring power for lights and water if required or the event is extremely remote.
