Last weekend we were fortunate enough to be able to cater for an awesome 50th in the Hills District of Sydney.
What a great event to be a part of. Everybody dressed up in the theme and the birthday girl had a fantastic time.
We cooked a chicken and chorizo and a vegetarian paella to feed over 100 people who were in attendance. This worked well as we cooked a chicken and chorizo paella for 90 people and a smaller vegetarian paella for 12 people. This meant that we suited a number of dietary requirements without having to change anything. We were able to cater for gluten free (all our paellas are gluten free), dairy free, nut free, egg free and even vegan (which our vegetarian paella is) Paella catering really is the easiest way to cater for your next event, birthday or function.
As our lovely clients purchased one of our larger pans (which fed 90 people) we also included bread and salad to create a more balanced meal. Of course we took all the rubbish when we left and also put some leftovers in the clients fridge for the next day.
Overall everyone had a fantastic time with positive feedback from all involved. Definitely an event which we enjoyed being a part of (we love birthdays!!) and paella catering was a perfect food choice for this event.
