Last week we were also lucky enough to cater for one of our repeat clients. A few years ago we cooked for a 50th Birthday paella party in Pennant Hills. Last week we cooked for a 21st birthday at the same address. What a fantastic night and a great way to feed 100 hungry guests.
Although the weather wasn't favourable, we were located out of the rain but still close to the party providing theatrical viewing for all of the guests. We cooked a 90cm (50 serving) chicken and chorizo paella and a 90cm (50 serving) vegetarian paella. Perfect for a 21st birthday as it covers a number of dietary requirements with ease. All our paellas are gluten free but what surprised us is that we had a number of vegan guests at this party. Not a problem for our paella chefs as our vegetarian paella is also vegan so suited perfectly.
Overall a fantastic night was had by all with a number of guests commenting on the quality of the food, one going as far to say it was the 'best paella' she had ever tasted. Such a huge compliment to us and testament to the quality ingredients, attention to detail and care that we put into every paella we cook.
