We are one of the largest paella specific catering companies sometimes having 5 events in one weekend. Last weekend was no exception with 4 events on Saturday evening alone. One of the best was an event in Collaroy on Sydneys Northern Beaches. 50 people attended this event with chef Mark cooking a mixed paella which everyone loved.
