Last weekend we were lucky enough to take our mobile paella catering down to the south of Sydney to Caringbah for a 60thBirthday. This was the second time we have looked after this wonderful client of ours.
Charles and Shane looked after this job and cooked an 80cm mixed paella for the 40 guests in attendance. There was also one guest who was allergic to tomatoes, so we created a special tomato free paella cooked in a smaller individual pan. This paella had tomato free soffrito and no tomatoes added to the top of the paella. Remember, Paella amor can cater for a range of dietary requirements and restrictions without any trouble.
The paella was loved by all in attendance with this amazing review in our inbox on Monday morning.

Once again, this weekend we are very busy. If you are considering paella catering in the next few months please get in contact as we only have limited availability each weekend. Remember, we provide the best paella catering (at least we think so) to the whole of Sydney including Caringbah like last weekend. The dish is theatrical, affordable and most of all fun. We cook everything fresh and then take all of our rubbish when we leave meaning you don’t have to lift a finger. It’s easy and enjoyable catering at its finest.
Last weekend we also looked after a fantastic event in Allambie Heights on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Another 80cm pan but this time chicken and chorizo. This was another great paella party with everyone enjoying the clear skies after the afternoon storm. A fantastic way to entertain and feed a large number of people. Its hassle free catering at its finest.
