Paella amor are experts at organising and coordinating Christmas parties in Sydney. We can provide a range of tapas, paellas and desserts for your function. Not to mention that we also have a NSW liquor licence so can also provide sangria!
What to expect?
On the tapas menu is everything from cider glazed chorizo, chicken & chorizo cocktail pies and cured Jamon Iberico. Perfect to start off your function. We also do antipasto boards and even antipasto grazing stations to ensure your guests don't go hungry. Whist your guests are grazing, the paella can be cooking. Paella amor offers a range of different paellas including seafood paella, mixed paella and chicken & chorizo paella. We also offer vegetarian paella per person which allows you to cater for your guests who have diatery requirements and allergies. Best of all our paellas are gluten, dairy and nut free.
Once the paella is ready, we will serve generous portions to your guests. Biodegradable bowls filled to the brim with delicious, hot paella. If people are hungry, we usually have leftovers so they can come back for seconds and even thirds. No one goes hungry when Paella amor is catering.
We then clean up and take all this rubbish with us. No cleaning up for the office or for your family.
Then onto dessert. We offer churros and mini gelato cones which are the perfect end to a function. We will then clean up and depart leaving our cooking area exactly as we found it and you to enjoy the end of your party.
Best of all our paella prices are extremely affordable as we sell our paella per pan. We have pans from 55 centimeters to 1.30 meters which can serve from 12 people to 150 people out of a single pan.
This means that we are able to cater for over 1000 people - anywhere, anytime.
We are fully self sufficient with our burners running on gas and all our preparation taking place in our production kitchen in Artarmon Sydney.
