On Friday, we were lucky enough to assist a large multinational medical equipment manufacturing company with a staff lunch, at North Ryde in Sydney. The company was after a really casual lunch with plenty of quality catering. They were expecting around 100 people to attend the catered lunch and we advised ordering a 1.15m chicken and chorizo paella as well as a 55cm vegetarian paella.
This combination feeds 102 people comfortably and ensures most dietary requirements are covered. Our vegetarian paella is gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free and is also vegan. This covers a large range of dietary requirements which may be present at a function and ensures that no one leaves hungry. Another bonus with selecting this pan combination is that Paella amor includes pana di casa bread and a mixed leaf salad with this pan size.
Everyone was extremely happy with the quality of the food and service provided with no one going home hungry and the lunch being a complete success.
