Just a quick post to update you for last week.
We did a fantastic event in Wahroonga catering for a 90th Birthday. A great way to celebrate with friends on a beautiful day. Paella catering in the garden.
This week we have two jobs this evening with one job already out for the day. We are cooking paella in Lane Cove and also Gordon this evening.
Lane Cove is for a birthday party (but I am not going to tell you what year) and Gordon is for a 21st Birthday. Paella is perfect for 21st Birthdays as it is hot, filling, easy to eat, tastes great and covers a range of dietary requirements in the one dish. For example tonight we have a chicken and chorizo paella for 70 people and a vegetarian paella for 12 people at the 21st. All our paellas are gluten, dairy, nut and egg free and our vegetarian paella is also vegan. This means that we are able to cater effectively and affordably for 80 people whilst still ensuring that dietary requirements are met.
This pan combination also allows the guests for the evening to have a choice of paella.
